These terms are the agreement between you and Trotro Driver ("we", "us") for use of the Trotro Driver game. Installing or playing the game means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Trotro Driver on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the game; copy or modify its code or artwork; reverse-engineer it except to the extent the law says you may; or use cheats, bots, modified clients or any other tool that alters how the game runs or fakes progress.
Purchases and virtual items
- Cedis, upgrades, cosmetics and every other in-game item are a licence to use them inside the game. They are not money, they have no value outside the game, and they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else.
- Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled under those stores' policies, plus any statutory right you have — including, in the EEA and the UK, the right to withdraw within 14 days where it applies.
- The Depot Pass is a subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not here.
- Prices and the contents of any item may change. Items you already own are not taken back.
Ads
The game is free to play and funded by advertising. Rewarded ads are always your choice: you tap to watch one, and the reward lands when the ad finishes. If an ad fails to load or show, we grant the reward anyway rather than making our fill rate your problem. What advertisers may collect is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Your saved progress
Progress is saved on your device only. We do not hold a backup. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, switching devices or losing the device loses your progress — including anything you paid for — and we cannot restore it. Purchases can generally be restored through your store account where the store supports it.
Availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any of its features at any time. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.
No warranty, and our liability
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending this agreement
You may stop at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms — in particular by cheating or tampering with the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the law of your home country.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
